  • Compliance issues
  • Landscaping circle maintenance not done in 2018
  • Member Curbs we still owe painted numbers 

7) New Business

  • Discussion of Board-approved annual budget, and vote to ratify Board-approved annual budget 
  • Board nominations and elections (to fill two vacancies for two 2-year terms ending in 2019) 
  • Mailbox maintenance responsibility
  • Discuss compliance violation process update and fee and fine schedule
  • Management company functions
  • Present CC&R's use restrictions and Proposed Rules and Regulations and seek feedback
